DotPlanner inserts come in various sizes; for dimensions and compatibility with other brands, check out our Size Guide for detailed information. We currently offer A5, Half Letter, B6, Mini HP, Personal, Personal Wide, A6, and Pocket. Please check out our Resizing Option if your planner size isn't available. Please see our Size Guide for more information.

Yes we do - you can find it on our Size Guide. Please ensure when you print, your print settings are set to 100%.

All DotPlanner printable inserts and dashboards are strictly for personal use only. You are not allowed to edit, distribute, share or resell any of these products in any form. All DotPlanner designs are protected by law.

After purchasing an insert or dashboard, you will be directed to a page to download your files immediately. Here, all the files associated with your order will be available; all files are in PDF format. You will also receive another email after your purchase with links to download your files.

Our files are locked, so you cannot make any changes to our inserts and dashboards. We offer custom inserts; if you want to make any changes to an existing insert, please visit here to purchase a custom insert. Please note that all inserts designed and created by DotPlanner are our sole property. If you ask us to create a custom design for you, the cost includes the labour and skill to produce the insert, not the ownership and rights to said artwork. We reserve the right to sell the designs created in the future.

Our writing lines and bullet points are designed to be a light grey colour. Please check your printer settings to adjust the brightness and darkness of your prints and ensure there are no problems with the toner or ink cartridges. If you are unsure how to do that, please get in touch with your printer manufacturer. Please be aware that, unfortunately, some monochrome printers may not be able to produce grey prints - please ensure your printer can print colour before purchasing any digital downloads.

You can print on pre-cut or A4 / Letter paper, as you will receive two different digital files for your chosen planner size.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@dotplanner.co.uk with your order number(s). If your original order has yet to ship, we can combine or add items to an existing order. Combined orders may qualify for a shipping credit in the form of store credit. Please note that the processing time will be from the time of the most recent order or from the date your request to add any item(s) was approved.

Current processing time and carrier updates are on our website banner. Shop orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days* (excluding custom items which are an additional three working days). During peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, this can extend up to 15 business days*. Please consider this when placing your order. We will frequently update our website banner to notify you of the current processing dates and carrier updates. Please note that the processing time is for preparing your order before shipment. If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please get in touch with us before placing an order to make sure this is possible. Please double-check your address and post/zip code when ordering to avoid unnecessarily delaying your order. We cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part.
