Affiliate Terms / Privacy Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to DotPlanner! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Requirements

The Affiliate agrees to meet all the following requirements :

  • A minimalist planner or journalling account (or both).
  • Must have a minimum of 500 active followers.
  • Promote DotPlanner's products on your Instagram Post, YouTube Video or Instagram Reel once a month (excluding Instagram Stories).
  • Share Instagram Stories content once a week of DotPlanner products, promotions, restocks, new releases, etc.
  • Must have a consistent creation of social media content on Instagram, YouTube, or both.
  • Must already be an active DotPlanner customer (last purchased within the previous 90 days).

3. Affiliate Links and Coupons

The Affiliate link is generated automatically, but you can also create an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else's referral link, and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

The Affiliate may or may not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. You will not receive a double commission if the customer clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code. You're not allowed to promote the coupon if you're not assigned a branded coupon.

The Affiliate may advertise the merchant's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

The affiliate coupon codes are only eligible for orders of £10 or more, excluding custom orders.

4. Commissions and Payment

Refer any customer to purchase on our website, and you will get a commission amount calculated based on the commission structure. The commission amount depends on the total order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. The payment schedule will be available on the Affiliate Guide page.

If your account is terminated, DotPlanner will pay only commissions over £10. DotPlanner will only send payments for successful transactions. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review every referral order. The commission's status will be displayed in the commission tab; any paid commission will be displayed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not earn a commission.

DotPlanner will pay commissions the first week of every month. DotPlanner will pay only payments of £10+ each month. If you do not have a minimum of £10 in commission while it is time to process the payments, DotPlanner will move your balance to the next month until you reach the minimum requirement. You will never lose your commission; you will accumulate your earnings until you get the £10 minimum payment.

5. Marketing Tool

We may share promotion media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on Affiliate channels.

6. Removal from the Referral Program

If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate Program, they can do so by contacting: hello@dotplanner.co.uk.
